Are you taking new patients?
Yes. A first appointment covers a full assessment, x-rays where needed, and a written plan before any treatment.
What happens in a dental emergency?
Ring the practice and you will be seen the same day where clinically urgent. Out of hours, the line gives the on-call route.
Are you nervous-patient friendly?
A great many of our patients are nervous. Appointments are paced, everything is explained first, and you can stop at any point.
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Yes. You get an itemised written plan, and nothing outside it goes ahead without your agreement.
