How do you charge?
By stage, as a percentage or a fixed fee depending on the project. The fee proposal sets out what each stage delivers.
Do you handle planning applications?
Yes, including pre-application discussions and the consultant reports an application needs.
Can you work with our builder?
Yes. We can also tender the work and administer the contract if you would rather not hold that.
How long does a project take?
Design and consents typically run several months before construction starts. The programme is set out at the first stage.
