Questions
Specification and Compliance
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the process. Prototype and low-volume runs are quoted differently to production, and both are welcome.
What file formats do you need?
STEP or IGES for geometry, with a dimensioned PDF for tolerances and finish. A drawing without tolerances gets a query, not a guess.
What are typical lead times?
Quoted per job against current capacity. Framework agreements carry an agreed lead time that holds through peak.
Do you supply certification?
Material certs and inspection reports ship with the goods where specified, not after the fact.
