Questions
Before You Bring Them In
Do you see emergencies out of hours?
Yes. Ring the practice line and you will be directed to the on-call vet, who can advise before you travel.
Will I know the cost beforehand?
For planned work you get an estimate before it goes ahead. In an emergency you are told the likely cost as soon as it is known.
How often should my pet be seen?
Annually for a healthy adult, more often for the very young, the very old, or an animal on long-term medication.
Do you offer a health plan?
Yes — routine care spread monthly, which covers the predictable visits and vaccinations rather than the unexpected ones.
