How far ahead should we book?

Popular dates go a year or more out. Shorter timescales are workable, with fewer venue and supplier options.

Do you work to a budget?

Yes, and we will say early if a brief and a budget do not meet rather than discovering it three suppliers in.

Can we book planning only for the day itself?

Yes. On-the-day coordination takes over your existing plans and supplier bookings and runs them.

What happens if the weather turns?

Every outdoor plan carries a wet-weather alternative, agreed with the venue, and the call is made for you on the morning.
